Rick is an experienced financial and operations executive with an extensive background in the government contracting, systems integration and telecommunication industries. He has served as a CFO for five different companies over the last twenty years, leading all aspects of the Finance and Accounting, Contracts, Human Resources, Business Operations and Pricing functions. Additionally, he has significant Merger and Acquisition experience, having negotiated the successful sale of three of the companies for which he served as CFO and leading the acquisition of multiple companies. With over thirty-five years of experience as a financial executive, Rick brings a diverse business and operational perspective gained through working at companies ranging in size from start-ups to multi-billion dollars, including QSS Group, Intellisource Financial, Sprint, Hughes Network Systems and Price Waterhouse.
